Bringing the Unconscious Conscious
"It is wisdom to believe the Heart."

Mind-Body-Spirit Integration
There are aspects of life, both inside and outside of our consciousness that have been disconnected to the very core of our being. It is my belief that until we wake up and bring our selves to consciousness we are following patterns from generations past. We often get enmeshed and stuck in external energies that no longer serve us. When we bring our reactions to persons, places, and things to conscious awareness, to the here and now, we can begin to untangle ourselves from the past. In doing so, we become pro-active as we take control of our lives. Responsibility is the "ability to respond" to others from choice instead of emotional reactivity.
I am a strong believer in working with the whole of a person. We are multi-faceted human beings with a deep desire for connectedness. How we get connected with All of us, is where the challenge lies for most people. We may be disconnected from childhood memories, from unresolved issues in the past, or from the solutions to current problems. We may not live in our own skin as we feel disconnected from our bodies, our feelings, or our intuitive insights.
Mind
Conscious awareness is needed to bring focus and attention to the cycle of patterns in which we live. As children we are given the rules and roles of our family system. We are not taught to question them, so we often continue to repeat the same patterns we have learned and in this way hold on to the old paradigms that no longer serve us. These introjects come from many sources, such as family, school, religion, friends and media. If we never question introjected beliefs and values, we may stay stuck in an external validation mode instead of trusting our internal intuitive abilities.
Body
I am not an expert on the body, but I do know that many people go about with a disconnection from their own being. I believe that the body conveys messages to us constantly, so we only need to learn how to tune in and listen. We may get so busy being in the automatic doing mode that we lose awareness of our bodies and our mind-body connection. We need to take the time to learn how we can listen to and nurture the body with the right nutrition and exercise, as it is an essential part of becoming whole and connected. One of the easiest ways to discover your feelings of Self Worth and Self Love is going through the body. I often use the term "Breathe and Feel" while working with clients. It is amazing how when stressors come... we stop breathing and stop feeling. I believe Breath is one of our most precious tools to stay heart centered, focused and connected to our core being.
Spirit
What is Spirit? I believe it is the very essence of God in us. I am aware there are many beliefs on the nature of Spirit. I came from a fundamental background and through the spiritual journey I have learned "religion is for those who are afraid of hell and spirituality is for those who have been there." I am a spiritual being and I know judgment is of the mind and not of the heart. It is out of fear and control that we judge and serves no one.
As I’ve worked with clients in various settings and with a myriad of backgrounds, it is apparent to me at the very depth of being, we all desire unconditional love and acceptance. On a core level, there is no difference of our walks in life... it always comes down to the same, we want and need to experience the human to human connection that leads to intimacy (in-to-me-see).
It is my honor to share my Heart Wisdom from the journey with you. It is my heart’s desire to help facilitate integration as we transmute unconsciousness into conscious awareness, which ultimately brings Life Energy, Love, Clarity, Gladness of Heart, Maturity, and Purpose.
With Heart Wisdom...

"Caring and seeing with the heart," answered the soul.
